On April 27, 2021, the regional competition of youth skills among school pupils, organized by the Center of Competence of IT-Technologies, was held in the Higher College named after M.Zhumabayev.
The goal of "Junior Skills" is to create new opportunities for professional orientation and development of future professional competencies of pupils based on the WorldSkills movement, based on the best domestic and international experience.
The event was attended by 19 students of the secondary schools of the Petropavlovsk city and the Esil district of the North Kazakhstan region, who competed in the competence of "Graphic Design". At the first stage of the competition, participants completed test tasks, and at the second stage they created a logo on a specific topic in graphic editors. The students ' works were checked by experts and evaluated by points. According to the results of the work,the winners were awarded with diplomas of I,II, III degrees. All participants were awarded certificates.
