On June 09, 2021, students of the North Kazakhstan Vocational Pedagogical College became active participants of the debate tournament "Kazakhstans — nation of common future". Debates were held in the format of the British Parliament, where two approving teams (Government teams) and two denying teams (Opposition teams) defend their point of view. The event was dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
The debates were aimed at the formation of Kazakhstan patriotism, civic position, a sense of responsibility for the fate of the country among students together with the formation of skills of intellectual dialogue.
During the tournament, the participants defended their point of view, which made the event a real platform for a lively and interesting dialogue. According to the results of the game, the team "Tauelsiz" won.
