On March 30, 2021, an educational and methodological seminar on "Improving the professional competencies of teachers and the features of training in the framework of updating the content of education" was held on the basis of the M.Zhumabayev Higher College in cooperation with the Ural Humanitarian and Technical College.
The seminar addressed the current problems of improving the professional competence of teachers in the context of updating the content of education, effective pedagogical methods and ways to improve the criteria-based assessment of students ’ educational achievements.
The director of Zhumabayev Higher College Zhandildin Yerlik Borisovich addressed the participants of the seminar with a welcoming speech, noting the importance of the problems discussed at the seminar.
The moderators of the seminar were Gaisina A. K. (methodologist of the Ural Humanitarian and Technical College) and Saurbaeva S.B. (Deputy Director for research work of M.Zhumabayev Higher College.
Teachers of the Ural Humanitarian and Technical College presented reports on the topic "Creative homework in the Russian language and literature as a means of innovative learning in the conditions of the updated content of education" (Jambaeva A.B. — teacher of the Russian language and literature), «Қазақ тiлi сабақтарында жаңартылған бiлiм беру мазмұны жағдайында қолданылатын әдiстердiң тиiмдiлiгi» (Akbulatova S.B. — teacher of the Kazakh language and literature), «Тарих сабақтарында инновациялық технологияларды қолдану» (Saparov B.A. — History teacher).
In the reports of the teachers of M.Zhumabayev College Bezhik L.P., Abutalimova Sh.A., Musin B.A., Sharipova G.K., Muratova A.K., Kasenova A.K., were considered such important questions as the peculiarities of teaching general education subjects in the conditions of the updated content of education, methodological equipment of the educational process, the use of educational platforms, the introduction of criteria-based assessment, the preparation of college students for work in the conditions of the updated secondary education.
The results of the seminars were summed up by the Deputy Director for academic affairs of the Ural Humanitarian and Technical College Sagidullina A.M. and the Deputy Director for teaching and methodological work of the Higher College named after M.Zhumabayev Imankulova A.S.
Within the framework of the seminar, a fruitful exchange of experience took place between the teachers of the college and further prospects for cooperation were identified.
